Julienne attachment gums up pretty easy, and v cut mandolin is trash. But the 3peeler works so amazingly well I’m not returning the unit and keeping it just for that. If you want a mandolin, buy an actual mandolin. If you want a 3 peeler, this is the best one I’ve ever used and would 100 recommend
