The doors to this cabinet are really pretty and really heavy. I do not think the "wood" this cabinet is made of will hold them for long and I think it may topple over if they're opened. You would definitely need use the thing for securing to the wall, but I think it might pull it out of the wall because of the doors. The "wood" is VERY light. Again, I really don't see the doors staying on. Pieces of the cabinet are stapled together. The description says "Basic Butt Joinery." It's basic alright -- really cheaply made to have such beautiful doors. Very, very disappointed.

I really want to be able to give this 5 stars, but it’s definitely on the wobbly side once its upright and empty. We are using it as a liquor cabinet so once we added everything into it became sturdier. I would recommend securing it to the wall if you’re putting light decor inside just to be safe. Its really a beautiful piece and it seems like cedar so that was delightful while assembling it! The doors are VERY heavy duty and beautiful BUT they dont “latch” and the way they are constructed the medal on the door doesnt align with the magnetic on the cabinet they do not stay shut. Other than so pretty!

Beautiful cabinet, but the doors don’t stay shut. The magnetic closure doesn’t work well. Assembly is long… took 2.5 hours for two people. I do like the appearance and details on the doors and drawer fronts.
