I’ve received so many compliments on my dragonfly lights. They are rich in color. These lights are hard to ignore!!

This ceiling light is made from thin, lightweight glass pieces held together with copper foil and solder (not lead cane) so there are no concerns of having it fall and shatter from its own weight. My only concern is that the colors of the delivered item do NOT reflect what was advertized; specifically, the dragonfly wings appear to be white with black veins on the webpage but blue with black when delivered. The main colors appear to be orange and yellow on the web but orange and green when delivered. The web image has a smooth ring of glass pieces that gives a tight fit to the metal base but the delivered light is missing this small feature resulting in gaps between the glass dome and the metal base. Lastly, the decorative metal at the lowest point is longer than what is shown on the website. The all-threads hollow rod was a full 1 1/2" too short, resulting in having to buy a longer, metric-threaded rod and cut it to length. Considering the retail price, this last issue should have been addressed by the manufacturer. If these small differences do not matter to you, then this ceiling light will give a soft, orange glow to your room/entryway. It would have been nice, however, to receive exactly what was advertized.

While this is a beautiful piece it did not ship well it was damaged and there was an oily film on the fixture itself. I ended up returning it.

They worked out perfectly.
