Fountain description stayed BROWN. It arrived GREEN. Very disappointed! Item could not be returned per the distributor. Money wasted.

I had to return not one, but two fountains. On each of the fountains one of the mounting holes was partially filled in (AS IF IT WAS REPAIRED) and it was impossible to hang straight because of it. The first return required manufacture approval before the return could be processed. I needed to call Wayfair after approval was granted, and they handled it professionally but had issues with them sending me a return label (finally resolved that problem). The second conversation about the second return did not go as well. I had to send more photos and then needed to finally ask for a supervisor, who was amazing and handled the FULL return appropriately. Very disappointed in the whole experience and chose to order a different product from someplace else.

Beautiful and works well!! Light and easy to hand on the wall. Gives a nice water noise - not too loud but you can definitely hear it. Fast shipping too.

For nice fountain. Great value for the price. I like the color and gentle sound of water flowing.

Horrible in so many ways. This is an outdoor fountain, but the back of the fountain is flat with no room for the plug to lay flat against the wall. Also, outdoor plugs have a protective plate that lifts up to insert the plug. This creates more of an issue. Second, you can’t hang it without drilling holes into the plastic. The provided “holes” are just slick indentations with nowhere for the screws to hang on it. I can’t even lean it against the wall because it has a pointy bottom. Third, for the price, this fountain is tiny and the color is cheap looking. I wasted my money and will be donating this.
