Very disappointing experience. The item arrived damaged, and the customer service response made the situation even worse. the product was delivered with significant damage to the framemetal support and upholstery, The damage appears to have happened during delivery or handling. I contacted the customer service team expecting a reasonable solution, but unfortunately, the customer service experience was frustrating and unhelpful. Instead of taking responsibility and helping resolve the issue quickly, I had to spend considerable time explaining the problem and trying to get a proper resolution. For an expensive item, I expected much better packaging, handling, quality control, and customer support. Receiving a damaged product and then having difficulty getting assistance is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this kind of products based on my experience. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves both its delivery process and customer service.

Chair works fine, difficult to understand controls. Don't place in bedroom. Its a light show wand each time you press a button a nice ear piercing beep sounds. Its just rude. Give a me a silent and light free option and its 4 stars
