Exact same issue as previous review. My daughter in Chicago had to completely take it apart and put back together to correct the many issues. When it arrived, it was not properly framed at all. Mounting hardware is secure and print looks good, but definitely quality control issues with the framing that need to be addressed

This came packed well but the clasps to secure the photo were not in place and difficult to adjust. I had to take it all apart. Looks fine now and great photo but the reason for less stars.
