Chair is priced well and is comfortable. Considering many people otdering a lift chair are elderly, it may be a bit hard for some to read the very small print indicating controls on the massager control. The chair came with a damaged side bracket that was bent. It is very thick metal on the bracket and I had to remove it from chair side piece and place it in a vice to bend it back to the shape it was suppose to be. Not sure if it was damaged in shipping or at the manufacturer. After fixing it , it was reinstalled and chair went together well. I could have shipped the chair back for free and made Wayfair resend another. That would have cost them hundreds so I fixed it myself. Most people wouldnt have been able to do that.

It's very nice for the money. It's the size works for our needs but would not work for a large person. My husband is comfortable using the lift to stand and a nap when reclined. The heating element doesn't get very warm, but again for our needs it's a good chair.
