The product itself is great, but it came in a puffy bag instead of a shipping box and the gift box itself was all crushed up. It was a wedding shower gift and there was no way I could give it in that condition. I had to hunt everywhere for a nice box I could put it in. Was not easy. Please don't ship products like this in a bag!
