All good with this one, but the box was a bit dented which means that it was indeed mis handled.

Such a beautiful ceramic planter. It arrived safely. I was impressed with the size. My Lily Plant loves it. I highly recommend the planter. Looks super elegant.

The first one arrived broken in a million pieces, so was sent a replacement and the result was the same. Completely broken. The packaging is poorly done so I decided a refund was the only option as it stood to reason they don't know how to pack a ceramic planter properly. Nothing inside the pot and very thin Styrofoam and a thin layer of bubble wrap loosely around the outside.
