Great kennel for our pup on road trips. We love this kennel as it is a very well respected brand/model for safety in the car. My wife was especially happy with the hot pink color and the Wayfair customer service reps were so friendly, professional, and helpful. Their assistance was so good that we'll definitely shop through Wayfair again. Thank you!

Door latch a bit overkill and heaviest part. Door rattles a bit. Added 8 ventilation holes in top back. Otherwise solid as I expected. Ordering and delivery easy and quick.
