Pot de fleurs en grès à motif floral

I wanted to love this planter! The one I received did not look as good as the one online. Its more of a royal blue versus navy blue. The blue is painted onto the planter and was sprayed onto the interior as well . The white flowers and design must be painted by hand, and the artist that did the painting on my pot must have been having a bad day! There were splattered paint spots where they did not belong. I love Wayfair, but I had to pass on this planter. It was packaged extremely well and came in a matter of days.

The design is beautiful, with a unique shape, rich blue color, pretty details generous size. Based on the branded tapepackaging, it appears that it shipped direct from the manufacturer while it was wrapped in lots of bubble wrap, it somehow arrived with a small chip on the rim. I’m guessing it must’ve been chipped prior to shipping, so I’m disappointed it wasn’t caught by QC. I originally bought it to give as a gift so that was a bummer I ended up keeping for myself at a discount instead of bothering to pack it back up to return it. I’m actually trying to hunt down the plant pictured as I think a silvery tinged non-cascading variety — so as to not hide the lovely pattern pretty flowers — would work best. So I’d definitely recommend this unique planter, just be sure to unwrap inspect closely upon receipt.
