Love it, arrive quickly that was easy to put together very beautiful

Very hard to assemble the fireplace. Ended up breaking a piece, but we were able to glue it so that it would work.

Perfect! Relatively easy for us to assemble, the Insert works great and is so pretty! Completes our room perfectly.

Excellent product. Easy to assemble. Looks great

Love the look! It matches our bedroom furniture perfectly! I looked at a LOT of electric fireplaces before ordering this. Very happy with it! It is a little smaller than I thought it would be, but I knew what the dimensions were when I bought it. I have a bigger one in another room, that's probably why. When we turn on the heater, it blows our breaker (that's probably our rental house's fault, but the heater draw is high, which is not uncommon for a heater). Love that it has a remote. The flames are wonderful, and you can change the look/color/intensity. It gives my bedroom the exact 'ambiance' I wanted, and is a great TV stand. AND... very important in this time... it was AVAILABLE (not stuck on a shipping container somehwere!)... we got it in about a week. VERY happy about that!
