It arrived in a box and I dreaded opening because I knew it was going to have to be assembled. So, at 10pm I decided to tackle it. To my surprise, I had it all assembled, by myself, by 1145. It was super easy. All parts and screws etc were there. It looks great and I love the different settings making it possible to change the look of the flames and logs. So far, it’s putting out good heat but I haven’t used it long enough to say if it heats my room well. Great purchase.

This is so beautiful in my living room

This puts out a good amount of heat to keep out basement family room warm. It’s quiet enough that it doesn’t interfere with watching movies. My one complaint is that the “bricks” and surrounding material look cheap. It’s fine for a basement but I wouldn’t want it anywhere else in the house.

Love this item. Projects enough heat to warm a small room. The remote is an extra bonus.

My cat loves it. It doesn’t emit as much heat as I’d like and there is a slight defect in the predrilled holes which makes one of the brick panels slightly misaligned. It serves its purpose.
