The placemats are beautiful BUT the Deny Designs customer service is horrible. They are listed as machine washable but NOT ironable. Who washes a cotton placemat and expects them to be fine out of the dryer with no ironing? I contacted Wayfair who contacted Deny. They didn't respond. Then I contacted Deny directly, using the information provided by Wayfair. They didn't respond and it's been two weeks. For these expensive placemats they should be on top of their service.

They are nice! Exactly what I expected.
