I ordered the jumbo size of this picture. After hanging it I noticed the frame was bowed, and one edge hung outward about an inch from the wall. I called customer service. I was quickly greeted and after explaining the issue, the customer service person ordered another picture for me and expedited the shipping. I did not even need to send the defective picture back. She was extremely friendly and helpful, and it was nice to have a problem resolved so quickly and without inconvenience. The new picture arrived and hangs exactly as it should.
