I CANNOT say enough great things about these lights! There was a small issue, that Wayfair VERY quickly corrected (even just a few days before Christmas!!) These may be a little pricy, but its SO worth it!! Each set comes with a controller (multiple settings for light function; Combination, slo glo, twinkle/flash, in waves, chase/flash, steady on, sequential and slow fade and timer functions). If you get multiple sets, you easily remove the controller (simply unscrews and unplugs) and then you plug the set in to another strand, screw it in place and THEY ALL FUNCTION OFF THE SAME CONTROLLER! (Can you tell I'm excited about that?) So it actually looks like there is just one continuous strand. No more blink on the top, off on the bottom and vise versa! The lights are beautifully bright! Blue, green, red and white. No more yellow, orange or pink! (Which I always felt weren't Christmas colors). We have them on our tree, the cord blends in with the branches. But these would also look gorgeous outside, especially with snow because they are so bright! And another huge plus... They dont get warm! Not even a little!

Great lights, I love them, and I have ordered five sets of them for my tree.
