I really like this fountain. It fulfills everything I was looking for. I needed a fountain a little taller than most, with lights, & has some character.
The light on top can be seen some during the day (it’s always on as long as it’s plugged in), but especially looks great at night. It looks flickering/moving as the water bubbles over & is a strong enough light to reflect movement onto the ceiling of our covered entryway at night. Love it! And I love that there’s an additional light inside underneath where the 4 water streams come down that show off the pretty cutouts.
I was hoping the inside where the cutouts are were the warm, orangey color for contrast like pictured. It’s not. It’s all the same coloring.
I’m happy that it comes with an adjustable water flow. I keep it low. There is some slight splashing (maybe on the mesh guard?) or water leaking from the bottom? It’s kept outside so I don’t mind. I’ve been adding about 24 ounces of water daily to keep a consistent level inside the “tank”. It’s undercover & I live in Western WA so it’s not due to sun & heat evaporation. Looks great & sounds great!
I give it 4 1/2 stars instead of 5 because of some daily water loss, no contrast coloring like pictured & I think the price is a little high.
