First of all this is a beautiful fountain. The color is gorgeour and the glaze on the fountain is so pretty. With that being I had to send it back for a refund because the hose contecting the fountain to the pump was way too short, there was just no way the fountain would work with that short of a hose, couldn't get it submerged to the basin. I thought about going to hardware store and buying a longer hose but the one attached to the fountain could not be detached, at least not by me. Wayfair was kind enough to refund my money spent.
