Pot de fleurs en céramique

I received this fountain on March 9th and did not set it up until April. I did not want to set it up until I was ready for it because it was going in my Medical Spa business. After I set it up the pump would not work. It would run for about 45 seconds and then turn off for 3 minutes. I contacted customer support and they gave me a hard time about getting a replacement pump. They wanted to charge me for the pump and pay shipping. They then said they would ship the pump for free in exchange for a review. Once I got the new pump and installed it, it did the exact same thing. I have a engineering background, so I know I am installing the pump correctly. I now have a $600 brick that has never worked. Customer service has not been helpful at all! I WOULD COMPLETELY STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! If I could rate this fountain less then 1 star I would. I am attaching a photo of the email that they tried to bribe me with to get a review.
