It appears to be exactly what I ordered and haven’t had any problems yet

Delivery was great! Always kept informed of where the truck was and how many stops ahead of me. Driver called 15 minutes before arriving and the fireplace was delivered right to where we instructed. The box was well packed and the product was well protected. We are very pleased with the fireplace. It's just the right size and looks great in its place. Temperature can be adjusted and flame can be used with or without heat. Great purchase!

A perfect addition to my new home that did not have a fireplace. It fits right in and is the next best thing to the real thing. I was surprised with the quality with such a reasonable price!
