I love my picture it was packet very well. I was told by one of the representative that it would be ready to hang, no tools needed. It wasn't ready to hang so I dont have a hanging picture. I moved here a couple of years ago and the only family I have is my daughter. My husband had brain surgery recently and he can't help.

BEAUTIFUL ARTWORK. COLORS ARE VIBRANT. EXCELLENT QUALITY

Somewhat disappointed by the colors - it appeared more vibrant and colorful on screen but in person it has more white in it than I had expected. And I was very disappointed with the lack of texture. The description said "Giclée canvas artwork offers the texture, look and feel of fine-art paintings." but it's just a print. It has no faux paint texture on it at all. I was, however, impressed that for such a large piece, the frame was not damaged or scratched. The back vertical wood bar came loose at one end and made slight dents in the canvas but it didn't poke through. Some of the canvas stretcher tabs fell out during shipping, too, but overall, it was in good condition when it arrived - something I was very worried about.
