UPDATE It didn’t take long for us to find the shape annoying to work with and the flimsiness of the product material to be too cheap to put out for use. We do not recommend. ORIGINAL These are thinner than you might expect, but we like that they are reversible (the colors are just right for our decor) and that both sides of the placemats have the accent line. It’s nice that they used the scrap from the process to add in coasters (also dual sided) but these do not have the accent line so less appealing. We find them useful and very easy to clean.

These placemats are really nice. They are much more durable than I was expecting. They are also reversible, you can situate them at different angles for different looks and they come with four coasters.

I like these placemats a lot. The picture shows you the colors. They are nice and thick. No weird smells. All I did was wash them with warm water and dish detergent and hand dry them and they were ready to go. The cup holders are a nice extra. The shape is unusual and it adds to the charm. One small thing I wish it had was a blue stripe on the yellow side, but that’s very minor.

These placemats are unique. They can be rotated to accommodate both dishes and drink containers or you can use the separate coasters The navy blue and school bus yellow ( reversible) go with many of my dishes. They will be easy to wipe off and good for the patio.

These are so cool!! Their shape is really unique and sort of retro- just very different from your regular old rectangular placemats. Then, to sort of offset that- the color design is super clean and classic. The color combinations of navy and gold and the fact that you can flip it over and use the yellow side- it’s really cool because you can use all the same color or make all different variations with combinations of flipped placemats and or coasters. I love that they come with these matching coasters since they’re so unique that other coasters wouldn’t really match and this way the plate can stay in the middle of the placemat within the gold lines which is a really nice visual and a cup can be placed separately on the coaster. The only thing I kind of don’t love is that the material is kind of sensitive so if you scratch it - it sort of shows and if you get it wet, it ends up bubbling a little bit and I’d want a placemat and coaster set to be a little more waterproof.
