Make sure to check all your options before buying from them I purchased a chair earlier and it came completely broken!

I had been checking this product for some time. After the price increased, it eventually went on sale, so I decided to order it. However, I was disappointed to see the price drop again after I placed my order. I was also disappointed that one of the items arrived with a defect. I am satisfied with the item that arrived in good condition, but I hope Wayfair can improve its quality control.

The chair I got was what I ordered but the assembly guide was not for the chair I got. The instructions I got did not provide how to attach the foot rest and the metal covers for the screws don’t even go on or fit so I just have the screws showing for the back rest. Quite noisy too when pumping the chair up and down which is annoying while working.

Excellent quality!
