Very comfy and smooth leather. The heat works well. The feature of lifting up and walking out was what we needed

So far it is great! Just got put together, which was easy. I think the chair is so much better than the old one it is replacing.

These are comfortable to sit in for a man of my height (5’6”). I have used both heat and massage functions every day for a week, and they are excellent for loosening up my back. If they they are as comfortable in a year, I would definitely order it again!
