Looks exactly like the photo! A few scratches but nice.

I love the fireplace now that it is assembled and in place! Directions for assembly are provided and also in a PDF file. Assembly is pretty simple with one exception. The directions do not specify left/right, up/down or front/back for each piece. An arrow or a front back designation would suffice. without this it was trial and error at times. We went by pictures when we were able to find them. Other than that each piece is marked with a letter and the screws and dowels are all provided. Everything was packaged well and in perfect condition. Instructions included, 25 pages, and a Smart Setup guide along with a remote. The fireplace has a smooth and very nice black finish with natural wood accents so it works with any decor. The mantel shelf is deep so has plenty of room for pictures or seasonal decor. The flame and logs look very realistic and the heat I think will be such an extra during the colder months. The remote works perfectly. We put the fireplace in our bedroom and are looking forward to fully using it. A very nice product!

Very nice fireplace. Fairly easy to assemble but does not heat the room. The heat goes straight up. I have two other electric fireplaces that work much better. I would not recommend Also this went on sale the day after I purchased and Wayfair would not refund difference. There are better online retailers

This fireplace is a nice sturdy piece. It took a bit of time to go together for 1 person but was not difficult. The black is a nice shiny. The accent color is more blonde wood than gold as the picture seems. The insert goes in smoothly and it has heat setting and puts out nice heat. Wish you could change fire color but it is nice overall.
