I bought this smaller cake stand as a cheese dome but it is a pleasure to own and look at. The workmanship is detailed, quality is high, size is just right for a small wheel of cheese or torte-type cake. Problem developed later...I had the stand in the sink to wash it and 1/2 the paint peeled off when I sponged it.

Use it all the time. Really good looking.

Very cute, but smaller than I thought it would be.
