I returned this item and have been refunded. I like that it was real wood. Unfortunately the finish was done very poorly, lumpy paint on certain sides, and a shiny clear glued looking substance randomly on different pieces. I did not want to sand a repair myself. No problems processing the return.

It does a good job for what it is. Note that it is an unfinished wood, so it has an unfinished look to it. But it’s definitely the cheapest option I’ve found for a monitor stand.
