The platter arrived packaged in double Styrofoam layers and in perfect condition. The large size allows you to use it as a serving platter for entrées or create a generous cheeseboard that will serve as a focal point to your event. The peacock feather embellishments and the beautiful gray crackle glaze are hand -crafted and elegant. It is obvious that this piece is made with care and I am using it as a display piece on my sideboard and plan to use it often when entertaining.
