The figurines themselves are beautiful. However, I have ordered several times trying to get a complete set and they show up broken. I'm still waiting for them to be restocked so I can try again for the green one. I think the problem is the warehouse they are shipped from cannot discern which nutcracker is in each box., mine were boxed seperately each time except the last. The last the figurines were removed from the box and loosely packed. All arrived broken to bits. Wayfair made it right financially, so no problems there, I'm just still waiting to get the green guy.
