After purchasing this chandelier and spending a $500 installation fee for a professional technician, we discovered that one of the lights was not functional. The electrician tried every possible solution, such as using an extra bulb provided in the package and switching it with another functional light, but the issue remained unresolved. I contacted customer service, where an agent named Aaliyah. unprofessionalism and of effort in resolving the matter. She offered either a partial refund of $209 or a replacement, which would require another $500 for the technician to dismantle and fix the issue. Aliyah B. completely disregarded my additional financial loss, which was not my fault, and expected me to bear cost instead of Way or the supplier. This experience, from the defective product to the disappointing customer service, has left me deeply dissatisfied. never purchase from this website again and will share experience on various platforms with friends, family, and anyone seeking Wayfair.
