The first day that I arrived, my wife and daughter and myself start using it is the second day and it been used every day is houseful stomach thanks I use before I go to sleep

I love that I can fold this up and put it away easily when I’m done with my work out. It’s small and compact. The cushions do not hurt your knees after doing a couple sets, the pads are really nice, but your abs will definitely hurt after using this. I’m 5’5” and it works great but it was pretty awkward for my bf who is 6’ so beware taller people.

Great Ab Trainer Machine. Simple to put together and easy to use. You can kneel on this machine in many different positions to work on different ab muscles. Overall, a great machine and easy to use. I would definitely recommend it.

Very sturdy. I was worried about whether it would hold my weight (about 240lbs) but it is bigger than the pictures make it seem and the materials are very well built. I am happy with the quality and it allows me to get a great ab and upper leg work out in.
