Dôme Harper Gold

This GODINGER SILVER ART CO, Harper Gold Raw Edge Cale Dome is stunning! It took a very long time (months) to ship to me, but once it arrived, it was worth the wait. The gold detailing against the sea glass blue is exquisite. I get compliments on it every time someone new comes into my house. The dome is nice quality glass. It’s clear and free from flaws or bubbles. The plate portion is very thick and heavy, in a luxury item way, not in a burdensome way. And again, just gorgeous! The base is lighter weight than I thought it would be. It is a wonderful gold color, and does its job, it just isn’t as substantial as I thought it would be. This is an item that I will be putting on my list of top items to gift others for weddings and house warmings.

Purchased for a wedding gift and added a gold cake knife and server. This is a special piece. The base is strong, plate glass is unique with a hint of color with matching gold rim. The dome is heavy and good quality. I think the bride will use this for decor and maybe cake.
