I was at first a bit skeptical about the true benefits of a foam roller. Not any longer. Once you get past the initial discomfort associated with the roller's correct use, the benefits achieved are amazing. It really helps my back pain with infrequent use.

It's what you would expect in a product like this; firm (not squishy at all), seemingly well-made, simple. It meets expectations. I'd buy it again.

Good black foam roller. Inexpensive and in size I wanted. Had used blue roller for about a year before this and needed something firmer. This is not for someone who is new to foam rolling as it would be too firm for them.
