Wow! This insert was easy to install and just perfect size for our electric fireplace.

This guy s the second one I’ve ordered that doesn’t fit my fireplace. Why don’t the fireplaces come with the insert??? First one I ordered based on the size recommendations from the description and it was too small. This one I ordered based on measurements I did myself. I can tell before opening, by the size of the box, it’s going to be too small. I just want to cry. I don’t want just a decorative mantle, I want a fireplace that heats the room. I give up. It’s a pain to haul these to federal ex to return.

This fireplace insert is wonderful. It’s sleek and easy to use with the remote. The logs are so realistic. Glad we purchased this item.

Great for what it costs. Only an insert but we love it!
