Came with the pot cracked which broke further upon moving, but the refund process was very smooth. The fake dirt is a solid piece but looks real, the leaf quality was fine. The random twigs with no foliage "growing" from the pot seemed odd but not a big deal.

Its very nice quality. I expected it to appear a little more lush and fill the space I wanted it for a little better, based on the photo. It will look great in a more scale-appropriate location!

If I could rate it a 0 I would. It i full as it looks.But worst of all,it came out of the box with torn “pot” The first customer rep apologized and assured me I need not return it. Then I got a mto return it, after I already tossed it. It’s very surprising they from a “chat” message
