The first one arrive with a broken finger reported that immediately and they replaced it the same day. Got it back the next day wonderful service. My mom is very happy with it.

Exceptional quality and value. Mary’s face is beautiful as intended, beautifully painted, substantial weight. It’s better than I anticipated, and recommend this Immaculate Heart of Blessed Virgin Mary to all! The base has a flat surface and not unstable or tippy whatsoever.

This one I received with broken hands, poor packaging and very much disappointed. No time to return bcz it was ordered for my special occasion.
