This is a really nice semi-flush mount that gives off lovely lighting from the frosted matte glass shade. The pleating on the glass shade makes a beautiful design on the ceiling as well. The three lights put out a lot of light while still giving off a soft glow rather than too harsh of brightness.

We had to replace a broken ceiling fan. Pthis is a perfect light for our cottage. The glass shade is substantial. It is frosted vs painted. The room is big, and it casts enough light but is not too bright. I would buy it again.
