The first Hammock picture had a defective frame. One rectangular end was 1/2 inch shorter than the other end. After writing a review on this experience, Customer Service contacted me and made everything right--new picture and didn't have to return defective one(we will donate it). Very impressed with Wayfair's responsiveness and customer focus. For a first time Wayfair purchase, the follow-up experience to correct our original dissatisfaction, made us regular customers. Thanks!
