Seriously this is absurd. The ad clearly states the overall dimensions are 15x19. It actually uses the word overall, which eliminates the idea that maybe the measurements could possibly be for the picture and not the frame. By using the word overall that indicates to other people who have a rudimentary vocabulary that the dimensions should be 15 by 19 externally. They're actually 18.5 by 24.5 which is quite different than what's stated. A 6-year-old child could take a tape measure and give more accurate measurements than given are here
