These large flat cookie sheets are okay for baking cookies. It’s completely flat except for a slight lip on one side. I found it doesn’t lay completely flat and did result in different cook times for batches of cookies I made. I also wish I had thought it through because they are only good for cookies only so if you have limited space, find another sheet you can use for multi things.

Really like the cookie sheets. They clean up great and help bake my cookies evenly. The non-stick is awesome and things just slide off the sheet onto my cooling racks. I have removed one star because they are heavier than normal cookie sheets that I have like this. It makes it difficult to remove from oven.

These cookie sheets are seriously the best I’ve ever used for baking! First of all, I LOVE how big they are. The 16 x 14-inch size gives you so much room, whether you’re baking a large batch of cookies at once or making those extra-large bakery-style cookies that need plenty of space to spread out. But what really impressed me was how perfectly my cookies baked. They came out deliciously crunchy around the outside while staying soft and chewy on the inside. The insulated design helps circulate the heat more evenly, and I could definitely tell the difference!!Everything baked consistently without the bottoms getting overly browned or scorched. The nonstick surface is also amazing. My cookies literally slid right off the pan without sticking or breaking apart, and cleanup afterward was so easy. Between the huge size, even baking, and how well the nonstick coating works, these have easily become my favorite cookie sheets.

The Baking sheet was really easy to use. I really like the flat design with the curved edge which makes it nice for storage. The design makes it easy to put in the oven and take it out. The cookies slid off easily.
