I have these and LOVE them. The bulbs seem a little loose and I received a couple of broken crystals. I have not reached out to see if I can get replacements. One extra was in each package but I need a couple more.

I am using this chandelier in my master bedroom and think it is ideal for the size of the room and eight foot ceiling. And it produces good light. Very pleased with its appearance.
