I am very disappointed with this purchase. The fixture does not look like the product I ordered. There is a significant amount of empty space at the top where crystals appear to be missing, making the fixture look incomplete. It also does not appear to be a brand-new item from the outset. In addition, several of the clips were already bent when I opened the package. Based on the condition of the fixture, it appears that I may have received a used, returned, or open-box item that was sold and shipped as new. I would appreciate an explanation and a resolution, as the product I received is not in the condition I expected when purchasing a new fixture.

The item looks beautiful. I only took a star off because it’s complicated to put together.
