I was really excited to receive this crystal chandelier. The package came on time without damage. There were no instructions for installation. I searched the entire internet and nothing. All the crystals were chipped at the drill holes, and had to be hand wired. There were also no lightbulbs and frame impossible to install without damaging the frame.

This light was purchase the early February of 2024 and I didn't get my family room renovated until the summer of 2024. When it was time to put the light together it was tedious, and painstaking and I wanted so much to return the light but it was too late. I called Wayfair due to frustration and yet they managed to talk me through it. Unbelievable. I wouldn't recommend this product unless you have someone professional putting it together for you. However, it is very beautiful once put together. I love the light; not effort to put it together.
