Before I start I'd like to mention that it IS pretty and I did install it... but I do have complaints. #1 In the picture it looks like it is an open design inside the lamp shade but it is not. There is a round disk of glass hiding the light bulbs from below. #2 The picture does not show the delicate glass baulb in the center piece right where the surprisingly heavy crystals can smack into it and break it. Mine broke as we were putting it together. I wish there was a way to replace just that piece as mine now has a hole in it and sharp shattered edges. #3 There is not enough space at the top for someone to get their hand in to change a light bulb, and because the bottom is covered with glass that means you have to basically take the whole thing apart just to change a bulb. Again, it's pretty and I kept it but its not exactly what I thought it was or what I wanted and it has some undesirable features. Also if there is a way to replace the little glass piece that broke I would be very happy.
