I recently purchased a frame, and it arrived broken. While the frame itself is beautiful, I am extremely disappointed that it was shipped in this condition. I expected better quality control and packaging from Wayfair. Products should be carefully inspected before they are shipped to customers to ensure they arrive undamaged. This experience has been very frustrating, and I hope Wayfair takes steps to improve its quality control and shipping process.

This is gorgeous!! I was so excited when I saw it, until I noticed the corner of the frame was smashed. Wayfair was quick to offer a replacement and pick up the damaged one from my home. I am hoping the next one will not be damaged. I will update my review as soon as the replacement arrives.

Very pretty, exactly what we wanted for the space. Box arrived undamaged but upon unboxing we noticed the frame was cracked, about a 4 inch long crack on the side that faced the whole house.
