Ordered this picture twice and both times frame was broken and damaged. Wayfair was very helpful in fixing the issue. I do think marking the box as fragile might help.

I didn’t love this piece once it arrived. The packaging was very minimal and it incurred some damage but it was an open box item and the first that I purchased so I learned it could not be returned. No worries - I’ll give it some love and either resell it or make it fit somewhere. It is a beautifully serene picture, just darker than I realized I’d want. Lower rating due to thin packaging and damage.
