We bought a second one of these pictures because we liked it so much for another one of our properties.

Looks great in person.

To be fair, I absolutely love the picture itself. It's beautiful - the colors are outstanding and it looks amazing in my space. Unfortunately, the frame was either badly damaged in shipping, or was sold with serious flaws after a shoddy repair job. It was purchased as open box. Overall the frame was compromised by a number of cracks in the engineered wood, one of them being very significant. As "open box" is non-returnable, I took the time to repair it myself using a carpentry clamp, wood glue, staples, and a metal plate to stabilize the largest crack. Looks good as new!

I like the quality of the picture, but there was a crack in it. Customer service covered my return shipping for the product and is sending a new one. I will update my review when it arrives.
