Disappointing experience with the delivery. Despite clear instructions to deliver to my unit's door (with the buzzer clearly specified), the package was left in a common locker room of the building and misplaced as I am unable to locate it. The building's reception does not accept packages on behalf of residents, which makes it all the more important to ensure the package is delivered safely. The situation could have been dealt with more professionally, highly frustrating first experience.
