I recently purchased a frame, and it arrived broken. While the frame itself is beautiful, I am extremely disappointed that it was shipped in this condition. I expected better quality control and packaging from Wayfair. Products should be carefully inspected before they are shipped to customers to ensure they arrive undamaged. This experience has been very frustrating, and I hope Wayfair takes steps to improve its quality control and shipping process.

I cannot say enough about how much I love this artwork. Of all the pieces I’ve purchased for my home, this is consistently the one people stop and ask me about. It has such a beautiful, sophisticated presence and makes the entire room feel more finished and thoughtfully designed. It looks far more special in person than I expected from an online purchase. Years later, I still love looking at it—and the number of compliments it receives speaks for itself.
