My order was damaged on one corner so I called customer service and the said they were sending another one after seeing pictures of the damage. I was able to return the broken one at no additional charge and they scheduled a pick up date for the broken item. It was a seamless process, aside from it arriving in perfect condition from the start. The item looks just as pictured,
